Ingredients (makes 4 Sandwiches):
- 1 Block of Extra Firm Tofu
- 1/4 cup Vegan Mayo
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1/4 cup Diced Celery
- 1/4 cup Diced Onion
- 1/4 cup Diced Dill
- 1/4 cup Diced Chives
